その街の文化を感じる年代物の建物をリノベーションして作られた空間に、ホスピタリティあふれたスタッフが魅力の Ace Hotel。独自のセンスで編集された高いレベルの文化発信と親しみやすさが両立したホテルとして、文化的好奇心旺盛なクリエイティブな人たちをはじめ、世界中の旅人に愛されています。
Ace Hotel とトラベラーズカンパニーとのコラボレーション企画として、2015年に Ace Hotel London、2016年には New York でイベントを開催し、あわせてコラボレーションアイテムを発表してきました。
2017年、その3回目の企画として、11月10～12日にロサンゼルス、11月17～19日にニューヨークの東西2都市の Ace Hotel でトラベラーズカンパニーキャラバンイベントを開催。あわせて、あたらしいコラボレーションアイテムも登場します。
世界中から集まる旅人たちに向けたオリジナル仕様のトラベラーズノートは、キャメルが登場。ブラスボールペンは、2017年にトラベラーズカンパニーよりリリースされたリニューアルバージョンで再登場します。
また、昨年のマイケル・ペロー氏に続き、ニューヨーク、ランド・ギャラリーのアーティスト、ニコル・アペル氏のイラストをプリントしたノートリフィルを製作。ボクシングポスターとオイルサーディン缶に、ガソリンポンプが自由奔放なタッチで描かれたイラストは、アメリカで暮らす市井の人たちの日常を感じさせてくれるのと同時に、身近なものを自由に描くことの楽しさを伝えてくれます。コラボレーションアイテムは、Ace Hotel でのイベント会場を皮切りに、Ace Hotel 内のショップで随時発売します。
イベント会場では、ポップアップコーナーとあわせて、トラベラーズファクトリーの人気イベント、スパイラルリングノートバイキングを開催。それぞれの会場ではオリジナルの表紙もご用意しています。ぜひ、その場で自由に好きな紙を選んで自分だけのノートを作ってください。それでは、HAVE A NICE TRIP!
Ace Hotel is an attractive hotel that uses a historical building and fills it with staffs that serve with a high hospitality. The building allows people to feel the culture of that city, and is renovated to serve its purpose as a hotel. The hotel’s release of its unique sense, the well edited high culture, and the friendly atmosphere is well balanced, and is supported by culturally inquisitive creative people and travelers around the world.
As part of a planned collaboration between Ace Hotel and TRAVELER’S COMPANY, events were held in Ace Hotel London in 2015, and in New York in 2016, and collaboration items were announced.
In 2017, the third edition of this campaign will be held, with TRAVELER’S COMPANY CARAVAN Events in Ace Hotel in two cities, one on the East Coast of America and the other on the West Coast. The events will be held in Downtown Los Angeles on 10-12 November, and in New York on 17-19 November. In addition, new collaboration items will be introduced.
The original “TRAVELER’S notebook,”™ created for travelers from all over the world, will be released in a camel color, and the new version of the “BRASS Ballpoint Pen,” rereleased by TRAVELER’S COMPANY in 2017, will hit the market once again.
On top of that, we’ve created a notebook refill with illustrations by Nicole Appel of LAND Gallery, New York, as a follow-up to last year’s edition with illustrations from Michael Pellew (also of LAND Gallery). These free and easy illustrations, with motifs like gas pumps, boxing posters, and sardine cans, convey a sense of everyday American life, and the whimsical depiction of these otherwise ordinary items will add a touch of playfulness to your day. The collaboration items will first be sold at the event venue in Ace Hotel, and then sold periodically at Ace Hotel shops.
The event venue will host a pop up corner, as well as the popular “Spiral Ring Notebook Event” from “TRAVELER’S FACTORY”™. You will also be able to custom-build your own notebook via our Notebook Bar during the Spiral Ring Notebook Event. This is a chance to create your one and only notebook.

背面に ACE のロゴを刻印した革カバーに、ざっくりとした質感のクラフト紙にセクション罫を印刷したノートリフィルをセットしたトラベラーズノートには、あらたにキャメルが登場。旅人たちの旅の記憶を詰め込むバックパックとなることを願い作りました。
A leather cover with the logo of Ace Hotel pressed on the back, and a grid printed kraft paper refill is set together. This time, a camel color will be newly released. We made this with the hope that travelers can use this as a backpack in which they can store their travel memories.
マットブラックの塗装に「ACE HOTEL」のロゴをプリントしたブラスボールペンは、2017年にトラベラーズカンパニーでリリースしたリニューアルバージョンで再登場。

世界にたった1冊だけのオリジナルのノートを作ることができるイベントです。
イベントオリジナルのロゴが箔押しされた表紙を手にとって、定番の筆記用紙やポケットの中紙をはじめ、質感のある紙や味のある紙、カラフルな紙など、ずらりと並んださまざまな種類の紙の中からバイキング気分でお好きな紙を選びます。そして、選んだ紙を自分の好きなページ順に重ねます。1枚ずつ色を変えたり、最初と最後にポケットを付けたり、好きなようにアレンジできます。そして、最後にリング製本職人が、その場でリングで綴じてオリジナルノートが完成します。
Have you ever wanted a notebook that’s different from what everybody else have? This event will allow you to make your one and only notebook!
First, choose your favorite cover with the logo of the event being pressed. Then move on to the section where there are papers stacked beautifully on a plate. We prepared various papers including our MD papers, papers with pockets, and other unique and colorful papers. Once you stand in front of the papers that are lined along the table, you’ll start to feel like as if you’re in a morning buffet served at a hotel. Pick your favorite papers, group them in the order you want it to be, and in the end, the ring binding craftsman will bind the notebook right in front of you! This is one of the views you never want to miss out. Once that’s all done, your one and only notebook is ready to be used! Please use this chance to make your own notebook.
