トラベラーズカンパニーの拠点でもある東京にフォーカスしてデザインしたトラベラーズノートです。
黒の革カバーに、東京を象徴するアイコンで綴ったTOKYOの文字を箔押しで表現。視点によってさまざまな顔を見せてくれる東京に倣い、見る角度によって色が変化する特殊な箔を使用しています。
カバーの中には、「リフィル TOKYO 無罫」をセット。リフィルの表紙には、ビル群から覗く富士山に、屋形船に銭湯など、東京を歩くと出会う風景に、江戸前寿司に東京ラーメン、あんみつ、たい焼きなどの東京にまつわる食べ物などのアイコンを活版印刷と箔押しで表現しています。

東京に暮らす人は旅するように、東京を旅する人はそこに暮らすように、そして、それ以外の人もいつかそこを旅するような気分で記してください。

TRAVELER’S notebook TOKYO EDITION is designed with a focus on Tokyo, where TRAVELER’S COMPANY is based.
The word TOKYO, expressed with icons symbolizing Tokyo, is stamped in foil on the black leather cover. The special foil changes color depending on the angle from which it is viewed, inspired by Tokyo as a city, which shows various faces from different perspectives.
“Refill TOKYO Blank” is set inside the leather cover. Mt. Fuji peeking out from the buildings, houseboat, public bathhouse, and other scenery one encounters when walking around Tokyo, as well as icons of Tokyo-related foods such as sushi, ramen, anmitsu, taiyaki, and others all printed with letterpress and foil stamping on its cover.
Please write on it as if you are traveling in Tokyo, as if you are living in Tokyo, and as if you will travel there someday.
