Visiting Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-en in Winter.

To start the New Year of the Rabbit, we decided with my little family to take the Kagayaki Shinkansen to Kanazawa during the long weekend.
I visited this awesome city in 2007 as a student in architecture and intern in an atelier in Tokyo.
I fell in love with the gardens and historical town. Our children love Mario Bros, especially playing Mario Kart with us on rainy weekend, so they were sure Kanazawa Castle is Princess Peach one's!
They were so excited to do the stamps rally and hoped to meet Mario and Luigi racing in the Kenroku-en, haha!
