Tsujihan is a branch from Tokyo that offers seafood donburi called “seafood treasure box”.
It attracted extremely long queue when it opened in 2018 in Taipei.
Tsujihan is known for its innovative eating manner – pouring soup over the rice and make chazuke after consuming about 2/3rd of the bowl, then put the remaining sashimi (from appetizer) into the broth.
All of the ingredients of seafood donburi (except uni and salmon roe) are chopped and mixed together.
Although I am not particularly fond of the “seafood mound” and cooked sashimi in the broth, it is still interesting to try.
