Bak Chor Mee @ 85 Fengshan Hawker Marker & Food Centre

Bak Chor Mee is a uniquely Singapore hawker food, very simple to prepare ? a bowl of noodles ( mee pork or mee kia) , top up minced pork, pork slices, stewed mushrooms, liver and pork lard. Bak Chor Mee has 2 versions - dry and soup base. Dry version mixed up vinegar, chilli and whether they want liver or not, toss the noodles and give it that signature salty and tangy flavour.

85 Fengshan Market & Food Centre have 2 stalls - Xing Ji and Seng Hiang , they sell " Soup " version Bak Chor Mee and only open stalls at night. Lot of ppl go to this hawker centre for dinner and supper. For me, I prefer soup base Bak Chor Mee, because of the soup broth and generous minced meat that had a good chew to them.
