Singapore Hawker Culture has been inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December 2020, be great news to Singapore.
I alway enjoy dining at Singapore Hawker Center , and have a lot of variety food choices.
Each hawker stall represents the local community lifestyle.
Upper Boon Keng Market & Good Center is located at Kallang, Singapore, which is near Malay community Geylang Serai.
You can get nice " Soup Kambing" at this hawker center. While sketching , I found out some Malay customers visit this roti stall ( center) and buy roti ( Bread in Malay language ) to dip the Soup Kambing.
