The Traditional Taiwanese Cuisine

My home town I-Land in Taiwan. The food is famous.
The boiled chicken with salt, it’s moist and elastic.
The stew shrimp with crab sauce and bread, it’s like western rich soup.
The braised fish is fresh and soft.
Our favorite food is the fried ice cream ,the outside is toast and the inside is ice cream, a little hot on the surface and cool inside, so yummy.
It’s a wonderful food carnival.
