Big Sur, Highway 1, California, USA. The most beautiful coastal highway takes you through the redwoods and shows you repeatingly amazing coastal ocean views. I carried my regular camel TRAVELER'S notebook with me on this roadtrip from San Francisco to Los Angeles—and back home to the Santa Cruz mountains.





My MTN dwelling in the redwoods of Big Basin Redwoods State Park, California, USA. This park is basically my huge backyard full of high trees. A wonderful and peaceful place to sit down and write and craft in my TRAVELER'S notebook.
